Paynevariomx Editorial S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter, "Paynevariomx"), with address at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 296, floor 8, Col. Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, 06600, Mexico City, is the controller responsible for processing your personal data under the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).

2. Data we collect

We only collect the data you voluntarily provide when subscribing to our newsletter: name and email. We may also collect browsing data (IP address, device type and pages visited) when you consent to analytics cookies.

3. Purposes of processing

We use your data to deliver the educational newsletter, measure its performance, respond to information requests and comply with applicable legal obligations in Mexico. We do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. ARCO rights

You may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition (ARCO) at any time, as well as withdraw your consent, by writing to privacidad@paynevariomx.com. We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days.

5. Transfers

We do not carry out transfers of personal data that require your consent under article 36 of the LFPDPPP. If necessary, we will inform you beforehand.
